My name is Olivia  - the founder of Liv On the Rocks. I was raised in Denver, Colorado and grew up working in my family's Italian restaurant. I learned at a very young age that great hospitality is about more than food and drinks- it's about bringing people together.

Our restaurant is a gathering place for the neighborhood, where celebrations, stories and friendships were shared across the table.

 

That sense of community is what inspired me to create Liv On the Rocks. I wanted to create a mobile bar experience that feels warm, personal, and elevated - the kind of service that turns a great event into an unforgettable one.
